The company was losing customers to larger institutional players with broader offerings. Eric worked with the CEO to develop a new business model that aligned the interests of different participants in the value chain and presented a more holistic customer solution. He also drafted and negotiated the agreements to formalize channel partner engagements and developed a repeatable process for the company to engage new partners at scale. The new approach led to a pivot in the company’s primary customer acquisition strategy and became its most effective means of obtaining sales qualified leads.
